Molecular Transducers of Physical Activity Consortium
What We Do
MoTrPAC is an NIH Common Fund consortium designed to characterize the molecular transducers that underlie the effects of exercise and training to advance understanding of how physical activity improves and preserves health. The first MoTrPAC data provides an extensive temporal map of the dynamic multi-omic response to endurance training across 19 rat tissues. All results can be viewed, interrogated, and downloaded in a user-friendly, publicly accessible data portal (https://motrpac-data.org).
